Misty Copeland Is A 21st-Century Queen In New Photography Book

GREGG DELMAN

Photographer Gregg Delman says he first came across the icon that is Misty Copeland in a magazine in 2011. Captivated by her gaze and chiseled physique, he cold-called Copeland’s agent to see if he could book a shoot with the ballerina.

Indeed!! Beauty + talent got her in the game, but it was Prince's influence and mentorship that propelled her to her present historic height.

Wow, I didn't realize that he was such an influence to her. Enlightening info. He was a great benefactor for the ones he remained steadfast in propelling.

I like that no one can say her talent nor success is tied to what he could do for her.
