What are the differences between "Eye Hate U (Album Version)" and "Eye Hate U"?

Everyone knows the ending isn't segued with the NPG Operator in the so-called "Album Version" right? According to http://princevswarners.blogspot.com/, it runs for 5:58 (without silence) and does not have the "You have just accessed The Hate Experience" v/o at the start, which means something's going on.

The CD-single has the complete version without the "You have just accessed The Hate Experience" v/o at the start and a quick fade at the end of the guitar solo.
My guess is that becuase The Gold Experience was a concept album and this was the 'first' single (not counting TMBGITW and teh Dolphin video) they just removed the v/o to appeal to radio.

CD Single version works better on a mix or "playlist" as I guess we're at in 2019.
